Khwaab offers a combination of ready-to-ship, made-to-order, custom-sized, specially sourced, and limited-availability products.
Certain products may be displayed for direct purchase, while others may be available subject to sourcing, vendor confirmation, production schedules, or customization requirements.
Product availability may change without prior notice, including after a product has been displayed on the website.
Khwaab reserves the right to discontinue, modify, withdraw, or restrict the availability of any product at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Khwaab reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, offers, or product availability without prior notice.
We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & SPECIAL ORDERS
For made-to-order, custom-sized, bridal, specially sourced, premium, couture, or limited-availability products, Khwaab shall have a verification and confirmation period of up to twenty-four (24) hours from successful receipt of payment.
During this period, Khwaab may verify:
Product availability
Material availability
Vendor confirmation
Production feasibility
Sizing requirements
Delivery timelines
If Khwaab is unable to confirm the order for any reason, the order may be cancelled and the customer shall receive a full refund.
Once the order has been formally confirmed by Khwaab, such orders shall become:
Non-cancellable
Non-refundable
Non-exchangeable
unless required otherwise under applicable law.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours from order confirmation.
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing and dispatch timelines.
Processing cut-off times may apply.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend upon:
Courier partner performance
Serviceability of the delivery pincode
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Operational disruptions
Force majeure events
Made-to-order, custom-sized, or specially sourced products shall have separate delivery timelines which shall be communicated during order confirmation.
Khwaab shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer information, natural events, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Customers may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for return approval:
The product must be unused and unworn.
Original tags must remain intact.
The product must be free from perfume, stains, makeup, washing, alterations, or damage.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
An unboxing video may be required for verification and processing of return, damage, shortage, incorrect item, or defect claims.
All returns shall be subject to inspection and approval by Khwaab.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
Custom-sized products
Made-to-order products
Specially sourced products
Bridal or couture products
Altered products
Customized products
Stitched garments
Blouse stitching services
Saree fall and pico services
Petticoats
Products modified at the customer’s request
Products without original tags
Products damaged after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
Refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from approval.

7. HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS
Khwaab specializes in handcrafted, artisanal, embroidered, and hand-finished products.
Customers acknowledge that minor variations may naturally occur in:
Embroidery
Zari work
Handwork detailing
Weaving patterns
Thread placement
Fabric texture
Surface finishing
Embellishments
Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects, damages, or manufacturing faults.
Additionally, product colours may vary from website images due to:
Photography lighting
Editing processes
Device displays
Screen resolutions
Monitor settings
Such colour variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify as grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

10. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
